Clare is a member of Law Society England and Wales, and is a senior litigator member of The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Clare advises both companies and individuals on commercial litigation and dispute resolution including ADR, on commercial contractual rights, business and partnership disputes, loan agreements, consumer disputes, warranty and indemnity claims, debt recovery and enforcement.Clare also advises Trustees and Local Authorities on all insolvency related matters including bankruptcy/winding up and possession. In addition Clare advises individuals on potential accident claims.

Outside of the office: Clare has a three year old daughter, and enjoys spending time with her family.
