Jane Dwyer is a solicitor in the private client department.  

Practice Areas: Probate, trusts, wills, tax and elderly client advice. 

Qualifications:

• BA (Hons) Modern History, Oxford University
• Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives
• Solicitor England and Wales 2011

Jane is a member of the Law Society England and Wales and a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. 

Jane advises clients on a range of matters including probate, the administration of estates and the drawing up of all types of wills. Jane also advises on trusts, on Lasting Powers of Attorney and on Deputyship applications and she provides elderly client advice.   Before joining Parrott and Coales in 2005, Jane worked for many years in the financial services industry and she has considerable experience in dealing with various types of financial products and policies.  

Outside of the office: Jane has two daughters and enjoys spending time with her family.
