Sarah is a member of The Law Society England and Wales.

Sarah is currently a Trustee on the Board of The Oasis Partnership based in Aylesbury and High Wycombe and provides legal advice to the board.

Sarah has extensive expertise in many aspects of commercial property including commercial leases, sale and purchase of all types of property, assignments and subletting, landlord’s consent, lease renewal and lease negotiation. 

Sarah handles rural property and development work, acting for farmers and land owners.  She advises on a full range of agricultural and property matters including acquisitions, developments and disposals of farms together with farm business tenancies, agricultural residential tenancy advice and business leases of diversified buildings. 

Sarah has acted on a variety of sales and purchases ranging from starter homes requiring shared equity schemes to executive new builds and country estates of high value.

 Sarah deals with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, including remortgages, first registrations of title, tenancy agreements, deeds of variation and transfers of equity and lease extensions. 

Sarah trained at Blaser Mills and qualified in 1995.  After working for Hamlins in London she moved to Parrott & Coales in 2000 and became a Partner in 2002.
