Sharon trained in the City of London, and has worked with leading City, West End and Regional firms up to partner level.

Sharon advises companies, partnerships and individual business proprietors on all aspects of Company and Commercial law.  Her areas of expertise include,  management buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions,  corporate finance and banking,   commercial contracts including distribution, agency and franchising agreements, terms and conditions, corporate reorganisations, shareholder agreements and shareholder disputes, sales and purchases of companies and businesses,  joint ventures,  corporate recovery and insolvency restructuring, reorganisation and advice to directors. Sharon is a member of the Law Society for England and Wales. She also sits on the advisory panel of the Institute of Directors since 1996, advising its members on insolvency and commercial matters, a position she has held since 1996.

Outside the office: Sharon enjoys family life, theatre, playing the piano and keeping fit.
