This is the largest Department in the firm, occupying the whole of our Bourbon Street premises. Tim Friedlander, Shaun Ellis and Sarah Plumridge head a team of Property Lawyers who are able to handle the most complex of high-value transactions as well as the often equally demanding requirements of everyday conveyancing.

From 1st August 2007 Home Information Packs must be provided before a residential property which has 4 bedrooms or more is placed on the market. Most Estate Agents will be providing their own self branded packs which will prevent your changing to another agent. Before you instruct an agent contact us and we will prepare a non branded pack, and your property can then be placed on the market as soon as you instruct an agent.

You will always receive personal attention from an individual Solicitor or Legal Executive who will have full knowledge of your transaction. We do not believe that Conveyancing can be dealt with properly by a team approach, where no single individual is fully aware of what is happening on a file.
